Conversations that Matter is a program that delves into issues and ideas that impact our community. The museum involves community and art leaders to discuss and provide insight into these topics.
In celebration of gay pride month, the Boca Raton Museum of Art will offer an informative presentation on Sunday, June 6 from 3–4 PM exploring identity, including the intersection of portraiture, various forms of expression, and LGBTQ identity.
This presentation will feature Dr. Nicole Morse, Director of the Center for Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies at FAU; Misty Eyez, Director of Women’s Services and Transgender Services at SunServe; and Roberto Navarrete, visual/performance artist and educator.
