Join the Children’s Science Explorium for an introduction to astronomy at Eyes to the Skies!
These free, informal events are held in the Camino parking lot behind the Explorium, weather permitting, where will explore the skies with our professional-grade 16-inch Meade LX200 Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope.
August’s focus will be Saturn, Constellations, and Star Clusters!
In the case of poor weather, we’ll take a fantastic journey through the sky in our indoor, inflatable STARLAB planetarium!
All children under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
No registration required! The telescope will be out for at least one hour after the scheduled start time (weather permitting).
Stars must be visible for the telescope to align.
