The Boca Raton Historical Society is proud to present Town Hall Talks: Florida During WWII, featuring Eliot Kleinberg!

Town Hall Talks is an evening lecture program given in Boca Raton's original "Town Hall". The 2023 - 2024 season consists of five (5) special speakers who will present interesting topics from their area of expertise.

Eliot Kleinberg is a native Floridian, longtime Palm Beach Post reporter, and creator of the “Post Time” weekly history column and “Florida Time” which appeared in papers statewide. He has published over a dozen books relating to Florida including “Weird Florida,” and “War in Paradise.” In this talk, Eliot will share his extensive research on World War II’s impact on the Sunshine State. Sponsored by Florida Humanities.

Doors open at 6 PM for check-in and refreshments. Lecture begin at 6:30 PM.
